The Cimpress Operations Specialist team will be established to support the end-to-end operational lifecycle across Cimpress businesses, ensuring seamless execution across product, fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics operations in alignment with Cimpress platform standards. This team will act as an extension of Cimpress operational and platform resources within Cimpress Technology and the individual Cimpress businesses, driving operational excellence across the full business lifecycle from configuration to production and fulfillment migration.A successful team member will master the following operational functions:
- Standards & Operations Curator: Responsible for creating, updating, and governing operational standards and workflows across Cimpress businesses
- Operational Technical Support: Deep understanding of product setup, fulfillment configuration, manufacturing migration, and end-to-end workflow operations
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop deep knowledge of Cimpress standards, business operations, fulfillment flows, and manufacturing processes
- Manage Cimpress Technology (CT) Standards through continued research, creation, updates, and improvements
- Partner with Product Managers, Operations teams, Logistics, and key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment across businesses
- Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
- Work on fulfillment configuration and manufacturing migration activities
- Collaborate closely with Logistics teams to ensure businesses are successfully migrated to current operational standards and systems
- Support migration of businesses to the current platform and operational infrastructure
- Own and improve the end-to-end operational cycle, including product setup, manufacturing readiness, fulfillment execution, and migration support
- Drive continuous improvements in operational workflows to reduce errors, improve speed, and increase scalability
- Identify blockers, troubleshoot operational issues, and resolve process gaps across domains
- Ensure businesses understand tooling capabilities, objectives, and operational requirements
- Work cross-functionally across architecture, fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics domains to ensure the right usage of tooling and processes
- Support documentation, incident retrospectives, and reliability-related operational improvements
- Contribute to image and production support activities, including clipping, retouching, shape recreation, and AI-based dimension calculations
