About the Role

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will join a cross-functional development team to engineer tomorrow's digital experiences for a leading global provider in audit, assurance, consulting, and financial services. You will be involved in a digital transformation project, evaluating current technology and building new solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop back-end functionality and new features.
  • Participate in code and architectural reviews and document architecture.
  • Communicate with PMs, developers, architects, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive solution development and process improvements.
  • Deliver the product roadmap and handle complex problem resolution.
  • Ensure high coding standards with testable, automatable, and performant code.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer science principles: OOP, DDD, SOLID, TDD, BDD.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and ORM tools.
  • Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, messaging systems, and cloud providers like Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with search engines like ElasticSearch or Azure Search.
  • Experience in REST API development for mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with integrating 3rd party solutions.
