About the Role

Ciklum is looking for a Data Science Engineer to join our full-time team in India. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a cross-functional development team engineering the experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, and automated image analysis.
  • Lead extraction, cleaning, and enrichment of large-scale IoT sensor data to uncover insights.
  • Apply sophisticated signal processing to analyze time-series sensor data and build predictive models.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from proof-of-concept to deployment.
  • Implement and maintain robust data and code pipelines using MLOps best practices (Docker, CI/CD).
  • Utilize model explainability frameworks like SHAP to interpret complex models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build REST APIs for serving machine learning models.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in the AI/ML domain with a strong project portfolio in computer vision.
  • High proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and OpenCV.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools (Git, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD).
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.

Desirable

  • Experience with big data technologies such as PySpark and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques, including RAG and Large Language Models.
  • Certifications in Deep Learning or Data Engineering on cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor data science teams.
