About the Role

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of business change initiatives across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior delivery leadership role, such as an Epic Delivery Owner, with a strong focus on business readiness and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Change Delivery by coordinating features and epics.
  • Lead or support business readiness activities including training plans and communications.
  • Coordinate delivery with Agile teams, manage risks, and track progress.
  • Engage stakeholders by clearly communicating status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support UAT planning with test script alignment and reporting.
  • Document change impact, operational decisions, and business process changes.
  • Maintain delivery artefacts and contribute to governance forums.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and Agile adoption.

Skills & Experience

Essential: 3–5 years experience in project/change delivery; strong understanding of Agile delivery models; excellent communication; stakeholder management; experience supporting UAT and readiness activities.

Desirable: Experience in health insurance/financial services; familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management, Epic delivery, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
