Dietary Aide

Overview

The Dietary Aide at The Laurels of Kettering is responsible for assisting in food preparation and presentation for guests. You will work with a dedicated team in an institutional setting to ensure safe food handling and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store food following facility procedures and safe food guidelines.
• Assist in food preparation according to assigned recipes.
• Set up food tray lines and assemble diet trays.
• Deliver tray carts to dining areas or units.
• Perform cleaning tasks including dishes, utensils, equipment and dishwashing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an institutional food service setting.
