Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain web portals with React, focused on interaction with agents and AI flows.
- Build APIs and backend services in Python, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Create and integrate backend agents that communicate with each other and with other platforms, via REST endpoints or MCP protocol.
- Work in conjunction with AI, data, and UX teams to deliver complete end-to-end experiences.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code, following good software engineering practices.
- Participate in architectural decisions, API definition, and tool selection.
- Monitor, test, and maintain solutions in production with a focus on reliability and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
What the #TimeCielo expects from you:
- Proven experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar).
- Experience with React.js for building modern and responsive web interfaces.
- Knowledge in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience in integrations between distributed or agent-based systems.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and good DevOps practices.
- Ability to write scalable, reusable, and tested code (unit and integration tests).
- Experience with communication protocols between agents, especially MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Knowledge in websockets, GraphQL, messaging (e.g., Kafka, MQTT), or microservices.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID).
- Experience with CI/CD and tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Interest in intelligent systems, autonomous agents, and generative AI.
