Overview
CIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is looking for a Sr. UX/UI Designer to support and facilitate the development of the CIBC Frontline experience across multiple digital properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work as an integral member of the Digital Platforms and Client Engagement group's Frontline Experience team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, User Experience. Your role includes:
- Leading end-to-end UX/UI design processes from concept to delivery
- Participating in design workshops and creating storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Conducting user research and usability testing sessions
- Defining and maintaining design standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Mentoring new team members and building stakeholder relationships
- Driving innovation and leading ideation sessions with UX Strategy
Who You Are
You possess 8+ years of experience in Digital Design, UX Design, or Visual Design, and have led large scale Design Thinking Workshops. You have advanced expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Invision, along with deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, mobile and responsive design, inclusive design, and WCAG accessibility standards. You are digitally savvy, innovative, relationship-oriented, and client-focused.
