Job Overview

As a member of CIBC’s Private Wealth Technology team, the Sr. Project Manager, Private Wealth Technology is responsible for overseeing complex, tactical projects while ensuring adherence to project control procedures and technology performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outline project goals, resource requirements, and budgets.
  • Create and monitor resource plans and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and mentor team members.
  • Identify risks and ensure timely project deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience in financial services or technology.
  • Proficient in waterfall and agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience with tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
  • Experience in wealth management and vendor management.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent is an asset.
