Overview

At CIBC, we are building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As the Service Designer Enterprise Voice Services, you will be a seasoned expert managing the planning, design, development, transformation and onboarding of new and existing Enterprise Voice Solutions globally. Your role includes project oversight, vendor management and ensuring that all solutions meet high quality, security and cost effectiveness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to develop a voice services roadmap.
  • Lead the design, validation, testing and rollout of new voice services.
  • Manage key vendor relationships (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) and maintain SLAs.
  • Ensure all services comply with CIBC IT governance, security, and policies.
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost optimization and vendor negotiations.
  • Engage cross-functionally with service designers, engineers and senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end service design within large enterprise environments; expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting and stakeholder workshops; strong knowledge of enterprise voice solutions and transition from Cisco to Microsoft Teams; familiarity with MS SBA solutions and Oracle OSDMC is an asset.
