About Senior IT Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will manage large, cross-portfolio programs and projects from end-to-end. You will lead a team of internal and external stakeholders as well as technology partners, ensuring projects meet established budgets and timelines.
- Manage enterprise services and solutions for personal and small business banking clients.
- Oversee project financials, resource planning, and risk management.
- Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and application owners.
- Operate within complex Banking IT ecosystems and architectures.
- Communicate project status to senior management and executive leaders.
How You’ll Succeed
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business strategy into approved project plans.
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Leading cross-functional teams through the full Software Delivery Life Cycle.
- Utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required.
- Ensuring clear communication in governance meetings.
Who You Are
You have 6-8 years of progressive Technical Project Management experience, preferably within the banking industry. With a background in Application Development and a strong understanding of the complex technical landscape, you have managed projects from inception to release. PMP certification is an asset, and you value trust, teamwork, and accountability.
