What You’ll Be Doing

The Senior Consultant, Digital Experience Platform reports to the Director of Digital Experience Platform. You will lead the development of roadmaps, identify external partnership opportunities, and set technical/data specifications, frameworks, and tagging methodologies to enhance CIBC’s Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) for personalization.

You will manage standards, configurations, and governance of the Adobe stack (including Analytics, AJO, AAM, AEP, CDP, Target, etc.) by collaborating with Technology Partners, Analytics, and Marketing teams to consolidate data from diverse sources, analyze performance metrics, and communicate insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Adobe integrations and tagging architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct weekly digital metrics assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Mentor and support a diverse team of professionals.
  • Research and implement digital industry trends.

Who You Are

You have 5 to 7 years of experience in designing Digital Analytics solutions for web and mobile applications, along with strong programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R. Your expertise in digital tagging, campaign tracking, and client journey personalization is key. You are adept at translating complex data into clear reporting and dashboards, and you have effective communication skills to interact with executive leadership.
