About the Role
At CIBC, we’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a Senior Consultant AI Enablement, you will lead the adoption and integration of generative AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with business units, technology leaders, procurement, and change management to enable safe, responsible, and meaningful use of Gen AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmap for GenAI tools.
- Translate enterprise needs into actionable product requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and demos.
- Drive process optimization and prioritize high-value features.
- Champion responsible AI with guidelines for privacy and transparency.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management on AI tool onboarding.
- Advise business teams on AI integration best practices.
Who You Are
You are analytical, collaborative, innovative, goal driven, and influential. You have experience in AI/ML and digital transformation, and you understand generative AI concepts including LLMs, copilots, and prompt engineering. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree is an asset.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role is hybrid, with 1-3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay, 16th Floor, Toronto.
