What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Project Director, Banking Products, the Project Manager will support high profile projects and business analysis in support of CIBC's Day-to-Day Banking Products strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects.
  • Conducting business analysis and documenting processes.
  • Incorporating Agile practices and supporting test execution.
  • Managing People Change Management components.
  • Developing internal relationships with Banking Products and stakeholders.

How You’ll Succeed

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in financial services, excels in relationship management, and demonstrates ownership and initiative. Key success factors include clear communication, detailed attention, and a focus on client-first solutions.
