What You’ll Be Doing
The Sales Acquisition Product Delivery team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the Digital Sales Platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers an exceptional client experience. As a Product Owner for the Sales Platform, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, overseeing the delivery of product iterations that meet the needs of clients and business partners, and maximizing overall business value. This position is assigned to the Sales Funnel Optimization Delivery Pod, which focuses on delivering partner-driven and optimization capabilities, as well as enhancing platform resiliency for the Digital Sales Platform. In this role, you will lead the product vision and drive enhancements for the digital channel, collaborating closely with the Sales Origination Technology team (Pega). Your efforts will enable personalized client experiences that drive increased digital sales and engagement.

How You’ll Succeed
Product Backlog
Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog by working with business stakeholders, analytics, and client feedback to resolve client problems and meet business objectives.
Product Requirements
Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements. These requirements will be curated in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants, and various members of the product team.
Subject Matter Expert
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the product and as a primary contact and thought leader for product related questions. To become an expert of your product, you will work to understand the architecture, designs, and business needs to make informed decisions and lead new feature developments.
Manage Each Iteration
You will manage release plans, monitor scope, schedule, budget, and ensure the best ROI on the development effort. Ensure each iteration delivers expected results by working closely with the development team to define, design, accept, and adapt features, and evaluate after release.
Relationship Management & Communication
You will collaborate and develop strong relationships with peers as well as business partners to deliver strong experiences. Create and deliver executive-level presentations, using creative storytelling to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership, while tailoring content and visuals to engage diverse audiences.
Who You Are
- You have 3 to 5 years of work experience in digital product management or sales acquisition, successfully delivering integrations of sales acquisition technology.
- You're digitally savvy, seeking innovative solutions and embracing emerging AI technologies, readily adapting to new tools and evolving industry trends.
- You give meaning to data, demonstrating work experience in data-driven decision making using business objectives, analytics, and user research.
- You understand that success is in the details, noticing things others don't, with critical thinking skills informing your decision-making.
