What You'll Be Doing
You will join the Technology Currency Modernization (TCM) Team within Technology Operations. This group focuses on governance and reporting to mitigate technology risk by partnering with Technology stakeholders to remediate aging hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring our environment remains secure, resilient, and compliant.
In this role, you will collaborate with Technology partners to govern, track, and gather remediation plans for assets approaching End of Support. You will analyze complex data and technical challenges to develop actionable solutions for effective risk mitigation. Success requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s CMDB and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM), and clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your contributions will enhance organizational visibility and control over assets nearing End of Support, supporting tracking, risk mitigation, and informed decision-making.

How You'll Succeed
- Data Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on IT asset inventory data for on-prem and public cloud infrastructure. Develop a reporting framework to capture risk associated with technology assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Analytical Mindset: Utilize strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to address anomalies in data collection, quality review, and report generation. Collaborate with technical teams to assess information.
- Communication: Facilitate currency-centric dialogues with diverse audiences across technology and provide technical or business guidance to partners within and outside your department.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow’s CMDB and/or ITAM.
- You possess broad knowledge of Infrastructure Services & Platforms, Applications, and IT Standards, understanding how IT components interact and impact organizational objectives.
- You give meaning to data, with a proven track record of working with large, complex datasets for compliance tracking or process optimization.
- You thrive on investigating problems, identifying root causes, and synthesizing actionable insights. You translate technical findings into clear, impactful communications to influence stakeholders and drive improvement.
