What You'll Be Doing
You will join CIBC’s Employee Technology Services team to provide first-level support for application access provisioning. This includes granting, modifying, or revoking user access to applications, systems, or resources based on business needs and security policies. Work is primarily managed through ServiceNow.
How You’ll Succeed
- Investigate complex issues and provide long term solutions.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to research and document incidents.
- Communicate effectively with end users and escalate issues when needed.
- Leverage existing knowledge base articles to guide access management.
- Contribute to digital transformation and improved client satisfaction.
Who You Are
You have experience with first and second level support, are proficient with Microsoft applications, and excel in troubleshooting technical issues in fast-paced environments. You are client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
