What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive Assistant Capital Markets, you will provide senior-level administrative and operational support to one or more Executives and their teams in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Executive Support: Organize activities, prepare briefing materials, and manage confidential correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Screen and manage multiple calendars, coordinate large meetings and logistics.
- Travel Management: Arrange and monitor travel reservations ensuring policy adherence.
- General Administrative Support: Process expenses, manage invoices and maintain organizational lists.
- New Hire Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate access, office setup, and compliance requirements.
- Relationship Building & Collaboration: Serve as the liaison internally and externally while promoting best practices.
How You’ll Succeed
Key attributes include proactivity, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential matters, and proficiency with advanced PC skills (MS Office Suite). You will also be adept at multitasking, managing conflicting priorities, and contributing to process improvements.
