What You’ll Be Doing
The Director of Private Wealth Content and Communications is responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class content and communications that support strategic business and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Executive Director, Thought Leadership, Content and Communications, you will collaborate with Wealth Management partners and marketing colleagues to develop insight-driven content programming and effective content distribution strategies, as well as support executive-level communications.

Strategy: Develop content pillars, messaging frameworks and client journeys. Execution: Plan and execute integrated content and communications programs. Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to optimize performance. Governance: Manage content calendars and the content library. Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing team while collaborating internally.
Who You Are
You bring a degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications along with 7-10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy, ideally within Wealth Management. You are experienced in leading comprehensive content programs and supporting executive communications. Your ability to translate complex topics into clear, client-focused communications, build strong partnerships, and lead in a matrixed environment makes you an ideal candidate.

Job Location & Compensation
This position is based at Toronto-81 Bay, 12th Floor, Toronto, ON. The expected annual base salary range is $111,060 to $152,710 with additional bonus opportunities.
