What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Director, ECRM Governance & Planning, as a Consultant ECRM Governance & Planning you will:
- Lead projects designing strategic solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in business and technology.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to create flexible, innovative solutions for a best-in-class client experience.
- Mentor team members and lead solution design discussions.
How You'll Succeed
You will:
- Analyze and document complex business requirements.
- Design client-focused solutions and validate design documents.
- Mentor and support a team of technology and project professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
Who You Are
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and 3 years of work experience in a BSC role leading projects. Agile methodologies, Application and Architecture Development knowledge is an asset. You deliver client-first solutions, communicate complex data clearly, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
