What You'll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s Agent@Home Contact Centre Credit Cards Department, you will be the first point of contact for clients with questions or requests related to their banking needs. In the role of Contact Centre Specialist II, Cards, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls from credit cards clients and transfers.
  • Assist clients with credit card operations and inquiries.
  • Proactively suggest solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Obtain complete information on client issues, verify facts, and summarize details.
  • Support and promote best practices for providing quality client service.

Additional Information

This role is located at our Halifax office (1809 Barrington St). Work arrangement details will be discussed during the interview, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the location.
