The Opportunity: Bilingual Mortgage Advisor Assistant

Join CIBC’s Personal and Small Business Banking team in a flexible, fast-paced environment. As a Bilingual Mortgage Advisor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve home ownership by supporting Mortgage Advisors in building their business. This contract role operates primarily from a home office, with a CIBC laptop provided, and requires only occasional on-site presence, offering an optimal environment to thrive.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and efficiently facilitate the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the Mortgage Advisor, supporting their business operations and day-to-day needs.
  • Business Development Support: Actively assist with marketing and business development activities, identifying and attracting new clients to grow the Mortgage Advisor's portfolio.
