Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, and technical teams
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and ensuring follow-ups
- Creating and executing test plans with focus on quality assurance
- Promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
Experience & Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Over 5 years experience in wealth management and technical solution delivery
- Strong expertise in business system analysis, agile methodologies, and JIRA
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developing test plans
- Ability to document requirements as user stories and utilize project management processes
