Job Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor for implementing human capital programs and core HR processes including talent management, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, total rewards, and leadership development. In this HR advisory role, you will support various HR functions and lead multiple HR projects, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and HR teams.
  • Advise leadership on employee performance, development, and change management.
  • Manage full lifecycle HR projects including talent and salary planning.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and support business transformation.

Job Requirements

Mandatory qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in HR and at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role. Candidates must be skilled in building relationships with leadership and employees while managing multiple HR disciplines. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in federal government contracting, manufacturing, or union environments, familiarity with HR systems like Dayforce, and certification (SHRM, HRCI) are preferred.
