- Answer incoming calls during peak volumes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure service quality meeting all SLA objectives.
- Manage the email inbox efficiently.
Operational Excellence
Maintain updated records of agent interactions and policy servicing activities in the AMS. Adhere to compliance, established workflows, and quality standards while recommending process improvements for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
