About the role
Fire Safety System Installation Technician - CDI
Chubb Fire & Security France is hiring! We are looking for a Fire Safety System Installation Technician (H/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).
Your role is to ensure the proper installation of fire safety systems (from the start of work to completion) at the client's site, as well as their technical and administrative follow-up, in compliance with the commercial contract (services, deadlines, etc.). To achieve this, you will ensure the interface and technical follow-up of services with the companies involved in the operation.
You will be based at the Villeneuve la Garenne agency and will be primarily mobile, covering the Île-de-France region (75, 77, 78, 91, 93, 94, 95), mostly for day-to-day tasks.
You will receive on-the-job training with a colleague for several weeks to integrate our processes.
Missions
Your Missions Are Varied:
- Program systems in accordance with the functional specifications of the Fire Safety System (SSI).
- Test all points on site using the tools provided and establish a dated, signed test report by the client.
- Follow up on the resolution of any reservations or observations until the end of the warranty period.
- Prepare the necessary checklists for installation control (Detection, Extinguishing, etc.).
- Provide operational training to the user and issue a dated training certificate signed by the final client.
- Ensure the technical and administrative follow-up of sites, for which you are solely responsible.
- Act as the interface and provide technical follow-up with companies involved in the operation.
- You are the guarantor of client satisfaction and compliance with sold services.
- Keep management informed of project progress (delays, potential issues, budget deviations, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company rules regarding EHS (Environment, Hygiene, and Safety), Quality, and Ethics.
- Provide advisory services to the client to improve the safety level of their installation.
Profile Sought
You have previous experience in fire safety: we are primarily interested in your desire to perform a technical job and your commitment to quality work!
You are a hands-on person, autonomous, responsive, and possess a strong sense of service and excellent client relations.
You hold a vocational Baccalaureate (BAC Professionnel) in electronics, electrical engineering, home automation, low-current systems, or automation, etc.
A driver's license (Permis B) is IMPERATIVE for this mobile role.

Job Conditions

Permanent contract (CDI).
You will operate in the Île-de-France region (75, 77, 78, 91, 93, 94, 95).
Remuneration: Base salary (€2000 to €2400 Gross per month) + On-call allowance + Variable bonus: based on performance and results.
To perform your duties: Company car (and fuel card), IT equipment, iPhone.
Meal allowance.
Working hours: Daytime, 37.5 hours per week.
RTT, supplementary health insurance, provident fund.
