Master’s Level Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker
Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master's Level Bilingual (Spanish and English Speaking) Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to join our team. We are a leading provider of behavioral healthcare with over 25 years of experience. We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Job Overview
As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Therapy sessions are primarily conducted in-person within the community, with some telehealth options available for flexibility. There is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is handled online or directly with the client.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, including verbal communication and written documentation for client services.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
- Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs of clients across various ages and diagnoses.
- Conduct and document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
- Deliver services to clients in their homes, schools, and other community settings.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Identify resource requirements and advocate for patient access to community resources.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues (e.g., coping skills, stress reduction).
- Demonstrate professionalism and provide skilled, compassionate care.
Candidate Requirements
- Must reside within the State of Florida.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time allocation skills, with flexibility to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in various community settings.
- Ability to utilize self-care techniques for optimal work-life balance.
- Compassionate, engaging, and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
