This is a remote volunteer role for a Product Tester at Chroma Mystic. The Product Tester will evaluate new tools, features, and updates for functionality, accuracy, and user experience. Responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, providing detailed feedback, identifying issues, and suggesting areas for improvement. Additionally, the Product Tester will assist in documenting user experiences and help improve resources and training materials to enhance customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do
- Use The Color Mage Oracle Online several times per week
- Log moods, colors, and reflections
- Share feedback through notes, screenshots, or short voice memos
- Participate in simple surveys or feature‑testing cycles
- Report bugs, confusion points, or moments of delight
