Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing plans to enhance patient acquisition and retention, advising clinical and operational leaders and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to achieve system-wide marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic data-driven growth and marketing plans.
- Advise clinical and operational leaders on marketing opportunities.
- Oversee external advertising campaigns and coordinate with partners.
- Engage with referring providers to grow business channels.
- Conduct competitive landscape assessments and market research.
- Manage marketing meetings, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is required; a Marketing Degree is preferred. A minimum of ten years in marketing and healthcare experience is favored, with digital marketing and sales pipeline management experience seen as a plus.
