Job Description

Position Overview

The Trainee, Digital Marketing & Media at Christian Dior Couture will immerse themselves in the luxury fashion and media landscape. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Media, this role is crucial for supporting the strategic development and implementation of all Americas media initiatives for the couture division.

By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day-to-day tasks and long-term project work. As part of the program, Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop an initiative to improve business results, presenting their project plan to the Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative asset allocation across print, digital display, social, and outdoor media platforms.
  • Manage production timelines, trackers, visual media plans, and approval processes for all media placements.
  • Handle invoices, invoice tracking, and the billing process.
  • Compile comprehensive monthly and seasonal competitive analysis reports across all markets and media types.
  • Facilitate daily communication with the Paris office for project coordination and presentation of new media opportunities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Maintain and update media plans using the Mediayours tool.
  • Review media authorizations before management sign-off.
  • Organize essential reporting documents.
  • Review social media plans and preview links for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Contribute to the creation of 360 media decks and executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Maintain an organized media library.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months prior experience in a relevant field.
  • Commitment to a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with Friday work from home.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, thorough follow-through, and effective follow-up practices.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments with strict timelines.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Design and Visual Storytelling skills in PowerPoint are a plus.
  • Positive "can do" attitude and a genuine knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
