Overview
The Event Coordinator at Christian Dior Couture supports the Events Manager in organizing and executing retail events and partnerships throughout the Americas. This role involves overseeing event logistics from concept ideation to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all retail events, including planning, logistics, and reporting.
- Lead vendor sourcing and manage partner relationships to ensure high-quality service.
- Support the implementation of the Retail Event Strategy and maintain reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager on budget management, expense tracking, and vendor negotiations.
- Partner with Paris Headquarters to deliver detailed event briefings and reports.
- Provide administrative support including calendar updates, vendor list management, template creation, and expense tracking.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and work independently.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to work with various stakeholders.
Profile & Experience
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development. Experience in luxury fashion or event production is a plus. Must be organized, budget-aware, and willing to travel.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is approximately $70,000-$75,000 annually, plus eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
