Missions

Within the Human Resources Department of Christian Dior Couture, reporting to the Learning Manager, your main missions will be:

  • Management of training related to Safety/professional tools & software (gathering needs from site and organization HR managers, registration, and deployment of sessions)
  • Management of our employees' registration requests for Business Excellence training:
    • Entering requests in the team's training needs register
    • Contacting training organizations for session setup
    • Following up with participants for sessions

Training Data Management

  • Management of training agreements
  • Creation of purchase orders / supplier forms
  • Entry of attendance/training costs in our tracking spreadsheet
  • Checking this training data in our steering tools
  • Evaluation of training (sending questionnaires to participants)

Learning Projects

  • Contribution to cross-functional training projects (events, communication campaigns, and training platform).

Profile

REQUIRED PROFILE

As a student in Human Resources or Business School, you have previous experience within an HR team, ideally in training. You are organized, rigorous, curious, with analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You are sensitive to the world of luxury and possess the skills required in this field: excellence, attention to detail, creativity, and agility. You are proficient with IT tools - particularly advanced Excel functions, and PowerPoint. Finally, you are fluent in French and proficient in spoken and written English.
