YOUR IMPACT
Within the High-End Client Development team organization and more specifically within the private client team, you are responsible for leading project dedicated to Top Clients to strengthen client experience and drive business performance at a global level.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the “Grands Vendeurs” Network
- Structure And Implement a High-performance Grands Vendeurs Program, Defining Clear KPIs and performance expectations, Implementing commission schemes, recognition titles, and associated benefits.
- Deploy and monitor an international commission framework to stimulate cross-border sales.
- Oversee monthly performance dashboards and business reviews.
- Animate and strengthen the community through exclusive collection previews, business-oriented newsletters, dedicated talks, and seminars.
- Develop and structure the future « High-End order protocols » program, in line with the new artistic direction.
- Design post-event engagement protocols, curating tailored and exclusive experiences during product waiting periods (personalized services, exceptional attentions, bespoke activations), working hand in hand with each product business unit.
- Manage The Top 300 Client Program: Lead initiatives dedicated to our best clients worldwide.
- Develop specific gifting programs, ensure specific client requests, and coordinate and track exceptional experiences with the High-End Client Experience Director.
- Organize all the bridges for our travelling top clients.
- Ensure seamless treatment for top clients regardless of their location.
- Implement initiatives such as cross-boutique recognition and commission mechanisms to guarantee an elevated welcome in every boutique.
- Manage the client cases between all the boutiques worldwide.
- Client Analysis: In collaboration with our Business Analyst, conduct client analysis by product category to support Business Units in developing targeted action plans.
Profile
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a demanding and high-end environment.
- Results-driven profile with a strong sense of service excellence and brand sensitivity.
- Strong ability to collaborate with international teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with strong skills in structuring clear, impactful narratives and visually engaging slides tailored for executive audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
