Context
Within the International Retail Training department of Maison Christian Dior Couture (Dior Academy), you will actively participate in the development and coordination of Digital Learning & the review of learning KPIs.
The Dior Academy aims to develop the blended learning training strategy for all the House's businesses as well as all initiatives related to Retail Excellence, to design and deploy training programs and to drive innovation in the training offering.
Job Description
You will assist the Digital Learning Manager in their missions:
Mobile Learning Platform Management
- Monitoring partner agencies in the proper functioning of the application.
- Managing the back office and administration of the application to ensure final and reliable KPI tracking.
- Coordination and management of the publication calendar with the different departments/universes of the Dior Academy.
Data Management and Dashboards
- Monitoring our reporting tool and analyzing training performance indicators (KPIs), with the sending of a Reporting Newsletter for the Trainers Worldwide community.
International Community Support
- Monitoring, supporting, and implementing actions to animate and engage our international community of trainers.
Digital Content Creation
- Creation of innovative digital training content and development follow-up with our partner agencies.
Profile
You understand the digital ecosystem and know how to think in terms of "mobile first" content production. You master Excel analysis. Your interpersonal skills, dynamism, and team spirit will be your assets for working in close collaboration with all departments of the Dior Academy, external partners, and the mobile learning solution provider.
- BAC +5 training (Business or Digital School)
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Pack Office, Excel and PPT mandatory)
- Understanding of the Teams environment
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) would be a plus
- Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
- Strong interest in digital and knowledge of the luxury sector
- Sense of anticipation, organization, and rigor
- Adaptability, reactivity, and dynamism
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Fluent English level imperative
This internship is available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

At the intersection of brand culture, fashion, retail, business, and operational vision, you will discover a rewarding universe and a strategic profession in the luxury sector.
Your 360° scope will lead you to collaborate with different departments of the House (Retail, Product Business Units, Merchandising, VM, CRM, Digital...), while fully expressing your creativity and initiative.
You will become familiar with the new challenges of Retail related to the importance of customer experience and the digital perspective.
