Missions

Reporting to the Client Development Manager – Events and Client Treatments, your main missions will be:1 - Client Event Coordination

• Develop event proposals and validate formats with central teams.
• Participate in the implementation of the planning and operational organization of events.
• Manage service providers.
• Create event invitations.
• Monitor budget and process invoices.
• Consolidate post-event reporting.

2 - Client Treatments

• Support in the development of client experiences.
• Organize client treatments.
• Update the experience catalog.
• Assist in preparing client programs during fashion shows.

3 - Client Gifts

• Assist in tracking client gift orders.
• Distribute client gifts.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Perfect mastery of the Office suite; InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good stress management.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and sense of priorities.

This internship is to be filled from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
