Missions
Reporting to the Client Development Manager – Events and Client Treatments, your main missions will be:1 - Client Event Coordination
- Develop event proposals and validate formats with central teams.
- Participate in the implementation of the planning and operational organization of events.
- Manage service providers.
- Create event invitations.
- Monitor budget and process invoices.
- Consolidate post-event reporting.
2 - Client Treatments
- Support in the development of client experiences.
- Organize client treatments.
- Update the experience catalog.
- Assist in preparing client programs during fashion shows.
3 - Client Gifts
- Assist in tracking client gift orders.
- Distribute client gifts.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Perfect mastery of the Office suite; InDesign is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good stress management.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and sense of priorities.
This internship is to be filled from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
