Overview
The Assistant Boutique Manager works closely with the Boutique Manager to oversee daily operations at Christian Dior Couture. Your role is to drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage both the team and boutique operations in line with Dior's renowned standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Coach, train and manage sales associates.
- Participate in merchandise display preparation and inventory management.
- Develop clientele and assist in sales promotions and trunk shows.
- Oversee stock management, including transfers and returns.
- Enforce company policies and security procedures.
Profile & Requirements
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in management, preferably in a luxury setting. Essential skills include leadership, customer service excellence, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The role requires flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
