Role Overview
As an E-commerce Intern at Chloé, you will play a key role in optimizing Chloé’s digital and omnichannel customer experiences. This involves leveraging data and user insights to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the entire customer journey, from acquisition to post-purchase. You will also research industry trends and benchmarks to make strategic recommendations. Ultimately, your contributions will help define critical enhancements that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the enhancement of Chloé’s digital and omnichannel assets along the customer journey from client acquisition to post-purchase and onsite navigation.
- Leverage internal and external data to provide recommendations.
- Provide insights and benchmarks on trends within and outside the industry to support decision making.
- Conduct user tests on Chloé’s digital journeys to identify improvement opportunities based on data outcomes.
- Assist Ecomm Ops team as needed.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree.
- Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
- Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
