Job Description

About Chiro Jump

Chiro Jump is a fast-growing chiropractic marketing company that champions innovation, teamwork, and personal growth. We're looking for a dedicated Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our remote team, someone who is eager to expand their skillset and progress in their career, unlocking time and financial freedom.

This role is ideal for those who are analytical, love data, and can remain calm when campaign results fluctuate. While we'll provide comprehensive training on our systems, a self-starter with a growth mindset will thrive here.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Starting between ~$800 - $1200/month, depending on skill level, with opportunities to grow into a full-time media buyer role with performance-based bonuses.
  • Growth Culture: An environment that pushes and encourages you to become your best self, with direct mentorship from Chiro Jump's founder and Senior Buyer managing significant ad spend.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Enjoy flexibility, though standard hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time. We trust you to own your role and focus on results.
  • Completely Remote Role: Work from anywhere.
  • Training and Development: Comprehensive onboarding program with continuous hands-on training and career advancement opportunities into senior or specialized positions.
  • Paid Time Off: Accrue 1 day of PTO per month.

This Role Might NOT Be the Right Fit If You...

  • Make excuses anywhere in your life.
  • Prefer the comfort of a traditional 9-5 job.
  • Believe you've reached your skill ceiling.
  • Don't actively invest in improving your skills outside of work.
  • Are comfortable with being second best.

You'll Fit In Well If You...

  • Take full ownership of your work.
  • Constantly seek growth and improvement.
  • Do whatever it takes to be the best version of yourself daily.

Responsibilities of a Junior Paid Media Specialist

As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will own the technical setup and management across various software platforms to ensure our ad system operates efficiently and profitably. You'll be in the trenches of real Facebook ad accounts, learning to analyze, optimize, and implement strategies under direct mentorship.

  • Implementing and managing ads inside Facebook/Meta Ads Manager following established SOPs.
  • Working within GoHighLevel (GHL) to adjust funnels, landing pages, and automations.
  • Setting up and maintaining tracking, attribution, and data accuracy (Pixels, CAPI, etc.).
  • Analyzing campaign KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and high-leverage changes.
  • Maintaining organized systems and documentation inside ClickUp.
  • Participating in live account optimization sessions and feedback calls.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and strategies.
  • Working closely with partner coaches and call center teams to align campaign objectives.
  • Communicating campaign performance and results effectively to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting with one-off technical tasks such as Google Review Campaigns or ClickUp Offboarding.

Ideal Skills & Qualities

We are looking for individuals with a blend of specific technical skills and crucial personal qualities.

Experience & Skills
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing ads within Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, including campaign automation, landing page/funnel building, and A2P/phone number setup.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Slack, ClickUp).
  • Experience with Facebook Attribution Technical Setup (Pixel / CAPI).
  • Knowledge of Make.com Automation.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Technically adept with analytics tools and platforms.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Analytical and curious, eager to find patterns in data.
  • Process-oriented, following systems precisely while seeking improvements.
  • Coachable, readily applying feedback.
  • Calm under pressure, troubleshooting with logic during performance dips.
  • Integrity and ownership, treating managed accounts as your own.
