About CHIPR. Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal Pays du Revermont
The Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal du Pays du Revermont (CHIPR) is a public healthcare institution encompassing a network of facilities designed to serve the Revermont region. It operates two healthcare sites in Arbois and Salins-les-Bains, specializing in Medical Rehabilitation (SMR) and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MPR). Additionally, CHIPR manages five EHPAD sites (residential care homes for dependent elderly people) located in Bracon, Arbois, Poligny, and Sellières.
Its Central Food Production Unit (UCP), situated in Arbois, plays a crucial role by producing approximately 1,500 meals daily using the cold chain liaison method. These meals are distributed to all CHIPR establishments. The production schedule is organized over five days per week, emphasizing a continuous improvement approach to both quality and working conditions.
About the Role: Agent de Collectivité en Liaison Froide
- Participation in cold chain food production activities.
- Packaging and preparation of meals.
- Maintenance and cleaning of premises and equipment.
- Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations.
Required Profile
- CAP/BEP in catering or a qualification as a Community Agent.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome (Débutant accepté).
- Demonstrates rigor, a strong sense of organization, and respect for hygiene standards.
- HACCP certification is a mandatory requirement.
