The Opportunity

The Senior Analyst, Employee Relations is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into employee concerns in a fair and unbiased manner. You will partner with key stakeholders, analyze trends, and offer actionable recommendations to protect and enhance our workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end investigations including interviews and data gathering.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations in alignment with Chipotle policies and laws.
  • Prepare disciplinary documentation when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records in the company case management system (AllVoices).
  • Advise operations on policies to sustain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Legal and hold monthly trend analysis meetings with partners.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of high-volume employee relations experience.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AllVoices, Workday, and Kronos.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of multi-state labor laws; Spanish speaking and PHR/SPHR are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay is estimated between $63,000 - $88,000, along with annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance. Chipotle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, and vacation time.
