Overview
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a Business Analyst to lead efforts between stakeholders across the Foundation and the Technology Team in developing digital solutions that advance philanthropy. This role involves research, understanding user needs, documentation of business cases, systems analysis, and project strategy. It demands strong communication, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of SalesForce for non-profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project discovery via research and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop presentations, written business cases, and project scopes.
- Facilitate team deliberations and translate project scope into detailed plans.
- Serve as liaison between users and project teams ensuring clear communication.
- Create story maps, flowcharts, prototypes and manage user acceptance testing.
- Document post-project summaries and collaborate on training initiatives.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.
Skills and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of SalesForce for nonprofits.
- Understanding of fundraising practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative information into actionable recommendations.
