Job Details

Purpose of Role

The Program Project Analyst supports and enhances the case management information systems (CareControl, CareCloud, CareWait, and CareConnect) by implementing data analyses, maintaining system configurations, and optimizing operational efficiency and quality.

Summary of Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include merging reports across databases to identify discrepancies, using pivot tables and dashboards for data tracking, and notifying supervisors of inaccuracies. The role also involves maintaining electronic forms, exploring system efficiencies, creating tracking systems, and developing dashboards for management presentations.

  • Data comparison and pivot table analysis.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic forms.
  • Implementing automated workflows and reporting tools.
  • Creating dashboards, graphs, and charts for presentations.
  • Collaborating with department staff and serving as backup.

Additional Duties

Participate in training, lead special projects, and assist in database functions as needed. The role also includes training, coordination, and occasional backup responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of Excel experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBA, SQL), and advanced data analysis skills are required.

Work Schedule & Environment

Full-time position, Monday to Friday with potential evening/weekend hours. A hybrid work arrangement is available after training. The work environment is an office setting with moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands

Includes regular computer use, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical tasks typical of an office environment.
