What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software systems
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Develop large-scale data systems for audience targeting and analytics
  • Debug production issues while improving system reliability
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
  • 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript
  • Experience with cloud services and containerized deployments
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and streaming data
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in ad tech and martech platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising systems (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs)
  • Exposure to real-time bidding protocols or ad exchange integrations
  • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  • Knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA
  • Background in machine learning or predictive modeling in ad space

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $120,500—$193,500 USD. Includes 401k, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and various insurance types. Enjoy unlimited PTO (subject to manager approval), six paid holidays, and additional leave benefits.
