About the Position

Chevron ENGINE is seeking a Turnaround Scheduler S&T to join the Operations team in Bengaluru. Reporting to the Turnaround Scheduling Lead, this role supports turnaround work package development, schedule optimization, and integrated event planning using tools such as Primavera P6, Maximo, JDE, and Salesforce Turnaround systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize turnaround work packages and schedules.
  • Support detailed scope estimates, activity durations, and resource loading.
  • Manage scheduling deliverables using Primavera P6 and related software.
  • Coordinate with contractors and operating facilities for schedule alignment.
  • Document lessons learned and support turnaround process improvements.

About You

Candidates should have a degree in a relevant Engineering or Maintenance discipline with at least 5 years of turnaround scheduling experience. Familiarity with scheduling tools and maintenance systems is essential.
