Reliability and Integrity Manager

Overview

The Reliability and Integrity Manager at Chevron, located at the ENGINE in Bengaluru, India, leads a team of 80-100 employees. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role is integral to Chevron's global operations including North American Refineries and Australian LNG Production business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful work environment.
• Champion personal and process safety leadership.
• Support team development and operational priorities.
• Standardize business processes and tools.
• Manage maintenance strategy, reliability functions and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have a relevant degree with 15-20 years of experience in managing reliability and integrity functions in oil and gas operating environments. Leadership, organizational, communication and analytical skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

International experience and a strong background in engineering, reliability, and operations management are preferred. Experience in central engineering functions is an advantage.
