Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be instrumental in planning and delivering nursing care to residents, adhering to company, federal, state, and local standards. You will ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.
What You Need to Succeed
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state. New graduates are welcomed!
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Nice to Have
- Experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
- Familiarity with PointClickCare.
