Overview
The Administrative Clerk role at Administrative Clerk requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship is mandatory. This role focuses on tracking specialty care referrals and managing clear legible reporting (CLR) from various healthcare providers.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Track and obtain referrals for specialty care.
- Chase CLRs within 60 days and complete uploads within 180 calendar days.
- Import/scan CLRs into patient records and follow up with medical facilities.
- Prepare referral management data reports and metrics.
- Perform receptionist duties using operational computer skills in Microsoft applications.
Requirements
The role demands strong English fluency, administrative and clerical skills, and at least one year of healthcare administrative experience. Familiarity with medical terminology and computer applications such as MHS Genesis is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary: $38,604.80. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other benefits (subject to change).
