About the Role

The Director, Financial & People Systems is a technical and business leader who partners with FinOps and People Operations teams to evaluate, develop, integrate, and implement systems that support business functions. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Engineering, this role ensures alignment of technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with FinOps and People Operations to define system roadmaps.
  • Build and lead teams to develop detailed system requirements.
  • Oversee the integration and implementation of systems solutions.
  • Ensure projects adhere to infrastructure and architecture standards.
  • Coordinate evaluations, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and pilots for third-party systems.
  • Manage IT service delivery and strengthen system security controls.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership in Financial and People systems teams.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, Workday, and similar applications.
  • Ability to identify and track KPIs with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering, management, or related studies.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with hub locations in Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Santiago, Chile. Employees are expected to work from the office three days a week.

Compensation

Base salary range in Denver, CO is $203,000 to $239,000. Salary details may vary by location.
