Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Workplace Manager and People Partner to join our People team in Tel Aviv. Reporting to the Europe People Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient Workplace and HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and championing our company culture within the region. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both HR processes and office operations effectively.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the People team, addressing all People and Workplace-related inquiries for employees in Israel.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the region.
- Manage the implementation of regional benefits and drive operational efficiencies across HR processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Lead the execution of core HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, and offboarding.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and advise leaders on performance and conduct management.
- Oversee the smooth operation and overall well-being of our offices and support our colleagues.
- Maintain clear communication with in-region and global stakeholders regarding Workplace management activities.
- Manage the budget for the Tel Aviv office.
- Collaborate with the global Workplace team on strategic initiatives and projects.
- Support talent attraction and employer branding efforts in coordination with Talent Acquisition and Marketing.
- Contribute to global People projects, ensuring regional needs are integrated into broader strategies.
- Maintain an onsite presence four times a week (Monday to Thursday).
About You
- Possess 3-4 years of relevant HR and Office Management experience within Israel, preferably in an international setting.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a dedication to process improvement and employee engagement.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
