What are we looking for?

As a Senior Product Manager at Checkmarx, you will own and evolve our DAST security engine. This critical role demands a vision for delivering impactful customer experiences with a robust technical and business acumen. You will work closely with development teams, customers, and field-facing teams in a fast-paced, startup-ish environment.

About the Team

You will integrate with innovative teams such as Dynamic Application and API Engineering. Our team values self-sufficiency, curiosity, and expertise in Cloud, Software Engineering, and DevOps. Every contribution significantly impacts our success.

How will you make an impact?

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for the DAST security engine.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Prioritize backlog using data, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Engage with customers and partners to refine product usability.
  • Work with UX, marketing, and documentation teams for successful releases.
  • Define and monitor key KPIs like detection accuracy and scanning performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
  • Experience with technical products and B2B SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical background, especially in cybersecurity ecosystems.
  • Experience working with software development and UX teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
