Responsibilities

• You identify potential for AI-supported features, develop innovative use cases, and accompany their implementation from conception to go-live – all with the aim of generating the best travel booking experience for our customers.
• You take over your own projects with agile methods – you actively shape, prioritize, and decide.
• You work cross-functionally with product management, data science, IT, and management – flat hierarchies for quick impact.
• You define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and derive data-based measures.

Qualifications

• You hold a very good university degree, are very analytical, and are among the best in your field of study.
• Professional experience is not required, but particularly in the areas of e-commerce, management consulting, or artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage.
• You are fascinated by new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and AI-supported product development.
• You bring a growth-oriented mindset and love to learn new things, try them out, and take responsibility.
• Your careful way of working with a high degree of detail orientation distinguishes you.
• Creativity and a sense for design and user experience (UX/UI) are an advantage.
• Fluent German and English language skills (Level C1/C2) complete your profile.
